HYDROBLAST'S JET Frame Standard

The Hydrodemolition tool for areas that are difficult to access.

The JET FRAME is a Hydrodemolition tool for use on surfaces that are inaccessible for our track driven robot, such as extremely tall walls or where equipment has to be brought inside a confined space via a man-hole.

The JET FRAME can be used also in difficult areas such to reach bridge parapets, bridge piers, bearings and soffits.

This allows the power of robotic Hydrodemolition to be used in these areas instead of traditional hand lancing.This brings obvoius Health & Safety benefits to the process.

The Jet Frame can be easily assembled on site as individual pieces or positioned by a carrier such as hydraulic platform, sky lift or crane.

The HYDROBLAST JET FRAME can be secured to the concrete surface by expansion anchor bolts or it may be held in the work position by a hydraulic excavator or telescopic handler.

The Jet Frame can be controlled remotely using the hydraulic power provided by our ROBOT .This allows greater break out force than conventional hand lancing.

The control functions for the cannon on the JET FRAME are by our remote control handset.

Modular and Extensible
The JET Frame is designed to be adapted to virtually all Hydrodemolition applications.

The length and width can be custom made.

Special frames can be mounted onto excavators, telescopic handlers,or other construction equipment.

The picture left shows a frame that has been made to fix to the bottom of a pier.

This monorail frame has been used to break out the outer sea ward face and soffit of a marine structure.

This frame has been bolted to the underside of a berthing dolphin to break out sea damaged concrete.

This monorail frame has been manufactured to cut the Dome off a Nuclear Power Station during a Reactor change.
